Amarbayasgalant Monastery Hill

A walk from the great monastery of Amarbayasgalant up the hillside behind it to the ovoo and stupa overlooking the complex. One of the largest and best preserved monasteries in Mongolia sits in the quiet Iven valley below. The short climb gives a fine view over its symmetrical temple roofs.
