Khatgal Lake Viewpoint

A short climb from Khatgal village to a hilltop viewpoint over the southern end of Lake Khuvsgul. The trail rises through open larch woods to overlook the water and the wooden buildings of the old port. A fine introduction to Mongolia's deepest lake.
