Comporta Carrasqueira Boardwalk

A flat walk through the rice paddies and salt marsh of the Sado estuary between Comporta and the stilt harbour of Carrasqueira. Wooden fishing jetties on tall poles lean over the mud where traditional boats rest at low tide. Storks and flamingos feed in the shallows of this tranquil landscape.
