Trancoso Walled Town Trail

A loop around the granite ramparts of the medieval walled town of Trancoso in the Beira highlands. The path follows the walls, gates and old streets with views over the rolling plateau. Historic and gentle, in one of inland Portugal's best preserved fortress towns.
