From the Judd Trail on Nu'uanu Pali Drive above Honolulu this trail climbs sixteen switchbacks up the side of Nu'uanu Valley, then follows a grassy ridge under koa and 'ohi'a trees to Pauoa Flats, with views over Honolulu, the airport and the Wai'anae Range. It starts with a crossing of Nu'uanu Stream, so do not go when the stream is high. Return the same way.
