Trail Description

A walk through a surreal desert of salt, sand and eroded rock near San Pedro de Atacama, said to resemble the surface of the moon. The trail winds among dunes and ridges to viewpoints famous for their sunsets over the Andes. Hot, dry and otherworldly, in one of the driest places on earth.
