Trail Description

Al-Azhar Park is a green oasis built on a former rubble mound in the heart of historic Cairo. Its landscaped paths, fountains and terraces offer some of the best views over the domes and minarets of Islamic Cairo and the restored Ayyubid city wall. This gentle loop is a favourite evening stroll for Cairenes.
