A walk around the Iraq Museum in Baghdad, the great treasure house of Mesopotamian antiquities from Sumer, Babylon and Assyria. The grand halls and gardens sit near the old Alawi quarter by the Tigris. A gateway to the deep past of the land between the rivers.
