Trail Description

The classic walk across the Gauja valley in Sigulda, linking the medieval Sigulda castle ruins with Turaida Castle and Krimulda Manor. The trail dips through forested ravines and past sandstone outcrops with wide views over the river valley. It passes the famous Gutmanis Cave on the way and is the signature hike of Gauja National Park.
