Trail Description

A walk through Tripoli, Lebanon's second city, from the great Crusader citadel of Saint-Gilles down into the medieval souks. The route passes hammams, khans and the mosques of the old Mamluk quarter. It is one of the richest historic urban landscapes in the country.
