Trail Description
A long beach walk south from the windswept ramparts of Essaouira to the village of Diabat and the ruined fort of Borj el Berod. The wide sands run beside the crashing Atlantic, popular with horse riders and kitesurfers. The half buried fort is said to have inspired a Jimi Hendrix song.
