Trail description

A summit hike from the summer farms at Nørre Gile by Midtre Syndin to the 1582 m high point of Gilafjellet, with views over Vang and towards Jotunheimen. Valdres Natur- og Kulturpark notes the contrast between the lush grass and heath on soft phyllite to the north-west and the bare granite and gabbro around Kruk. The road in past Syndinstogo is a toll road.
