Trail Description
A level walk through the well preserved medieval capital of Sri Lanka, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The route passes the royal palace, the Quadrangle temples, the great Rankoth Vehera stupa and the serene rock carved Buddhas of Gal Vihara. A rich archaeological stroll best made by bicycle or on foot in the early morning.
