Trail Description

This mountainous Coast to Coast stage follows the shore of Ennerdale Water then climbs into the high fells past Black Sail youth hostel. The route crosses Loft Beck and descends past Honister to reach Rosthwaite in Borrowdale. A demanding but spectacular Lakeland day.
