Trail description

A 5.6 km walk from the upper Hell Roaring trailhead in the Sawtooth Valley, on the Upper Hell Roaring and Hell Roaring trails into the Sawtooth Wilderness, to Hell Roaring Lake, about 13 miles (21 km) south-west of Stanley. Wilderness permits are available at the trailheads.
