Trail description

A 2.6 km hike with about 170 m of climbing in Ross Lake National Recreation Area from Colonial Creek on the North Cascades Highway, through forest to the rocky top of Thunder Knob. The viewpoint looks over the green water of Diablo Lake and the peaks around it.
