Anglesea Heath Walk

Trail description

From the small car park at the end of Bald Hills Road, the Yan Wirring Mirr Loop winds through the Anglesea Heath beside the former Alcoa coal mine, with a short spur to the Bunjil Mirr Lookout. Parks Victoria calls the heathlands around Anglesea the richest and most diverse vegetation community in Victoria, at their best in spring when the wildflowers bloom. Dogs are not allowed on the loop.
