Trail Description
The ruined medieval town of Kopsis above Anevo village, its towers still rising on a spur of the Sredna Gora foothills opposite Sopot. A short steep path gains the walls through oak scrub. The fortress ruled the Stryama valley in the 13th century under the Smilets brothers.
