Trail description

Trail from the Beulach Ban Falls parking lot in Cape Breton Highlands National Park that follows the Aspy fault through Acadian and mixed forest, where regenerating farm and logging land blends with old growth and red oak. Parks Canada rates it moderate to difficult: 9.6 km return, 3 to 4 hours, with short climbs, rugged sections and stream crossings, so waterproof boots are recommended. A national park admission fee applies.
