Goat Mountain

Trail description

A 3.1 km hike with about 320 m of climbing from the top of Grouse Mountain resort, past Dam Mountain and Little Goat Mountain along the edge of Lynn Headwaters Regional Park, to the 1,401 m top of Goat Mountain. Grouse Mountain is one of the North Shore Mountains above Metro Vancouver, with an alpine ski area of four chairlifts and 33 runs. Lynn Headwaters, at about 3,730 ha, is the largest of Metro Vancouver's regional parks.
