Trail Description

The climb to Sveti Vid on the Hum ridge, the highest point of the island of Hvar at 626 metres. Old shepherds' paths rise through lavender fields and karst scrub to a summit chapel with a vast panorama over the Pakleni islands, Vis and the open Adriatic. A quiet, rewarding hike far from the coastal resorts.
