Chamechaude

Trail description

A 3.9 km climb of about 690 m from the Col de Porte to Chamechaude at 2,082 m, the highest summit of the Chartreuse. The path climbs through forest and alpine meadow, and the last part is steep and rocky. From the top the view runs from Grenoble to Mont Blanc.
