Trail description
This short climb follows the blue triangle marks from the junction below Gulács to the summit of the 393 m basalt butte. Gulács is a volcanic witness hill of the Tapolca basin with the village of Nemesgulács on its western side; basalt was quarried here for road building until 1961, and vines have grown on its slopes since Roman times. The National Blue Trail passes the Sér-kút spring on the hillside but does not go up to the top.
