Trail Description

This walk follows the green triangle marks across the Bükk plateau to Három-kő, a 904 m high point and one of the famous Bükk "kövek", the rock crags lining the edge of the plateau. The plateau is a karst upland of limestone and dolomite that rises steeply on every side, and the Bükk National Park Directorate lists Három-kő among its geological sites. Keep to the marked path and take care near the rock edges.
