Trail description

A 1.3 km walk up Kópavogsdalur from the Kópavogstjörn pond along the Kópavogslækur stream, with barely 10 m of climbing. The green valley between the residential areas of Kópavogur has paths, lawns, playgrounds and the sports grounds of Breiðablik. The Himnastígurinn steps lead from the valley up to Digranesheiði.
