Lyderhorn

Trail description

A 2.2 km climb of about 335 m from Liavatnet up to the top of Lyderhorn, 396 m, south-west of Bergen. Lyderhorn is one of the seven mountains around Bergen, about 5 km from the centre, and is plainly visible from the shipping lanes to the north and south, long a known landmark for sailors. Lyderhorn, Ørnafjellet and Kvarven to the north have many footpaths from different directions.
