Trail Description

A summit hike from the car park by the Mugna river on Slettefjellvegen, between Vang and Beitostølen, to Mugnetind (1738 m). The path follows the river up through old summer-farm country to Mugnebottjernet, then turns west for the main climb to the top, which looks over Slettefjell towards Jotunheimen. About 6 km and 2.5 to 3 hours one way.
