Trail Description

A long, gentle ridge walk from the Paltinis resort to the 2244 m summit of the Cindrel mountains. The route rolls over open grassy heights past the glacial cirques of the Iezere lakes, protected as a nature reserve. Vast pastoral scenery in the heartland of Sibiu shepherd country.
