Trail description
Starting at the ruined church of Cill Chriosd on the Broadford to Elgol road, the walk passes the remains of an old railway platform and marble quarry, then crosses the hillside to the deserted township of Boreraig on Loch Eishort. Its 22 households, around 120 people, were cleared in 1853 to make way for sheep, and many ruined houses still stand to wallhead height.
