Trail Description
The Calf is the highest point of the Howgill Fells, a range of smooth grassy whalebacks between the Lakes and the Dales. The path climbs from Sedbergh over rolling turf to the summit trig point. A peaceful walk with wide views and a wonderful sense of open space.
