Trail description
From the Herbert Hawkes trailhead on the CCC Road in Willoughby State Forest the Herbert Hawkes Trail climbs to the wooded summit of Mount Hor (810 m), on the west side of Lake Willoughby across the gap from Mount Pisgah. Spurs off the trail lead to ledges that look down on the lake.
