Trail Description

A short but spectacular hike along the Blue Ridge Parkway near Grandfather Mountain. Boardwalks protect fragile heath as the trail climbs to open rock outcrops. The view of the Linn Cove Viaduct curving around the mountainside is one of the most photographed in the Appalachians.
