Sauk Mountain

Trail description

A 2.9 km climb on the Sauk Mountain Trail to just below the craggy summit of Sauk Mountain (5,545 ft / 1,690 m), above the North Cascades Highway about nine miles east of Concrete. The south-facing trail is open to the sun most of the way, and the top looks out to Mount Baker, Mount Shuksan, Mount Chaval and the Picket Range.
