Trail description

A 15 km climb of about 1,300 m from the main Rattlesnake trailhead north of Missoula, up the Rattlesnake National Recreation Area on the Rattlesnake Trail, Spring Gulch and the Stuart Peak Trail to the summit of Stuart Peak (2,398 m). This is bear country, so carry bear spray.
